This modern bathroom installation in Spennymoor, County Durham delivers a bold, contemporary aesthetic combined with practical design and high-quality finishes. The project was designed to maximise space, improve functionality, and create a calm, hotel-inspired bathroom suited to everyday use.

Large-format stone-effect wall tiles were installed throughout, adding texture and visual depth while maintaining a neutral colour palette. The tiled walls are complemented by black-framed shower screens and matte black fixtures, creating strong contrast and a striking modern look.

A sleek bath and overhead rainfall shower combination provides flexibility for both relaxation and practicality, while the minimalist vanity unit with integrated basin offers useful storage without cluttering the space. An illuminated circular LED mirror enhances both functionality and ambience, reflecting natural light from the window and reinforcing the contemporary feel.

To complete the installation, the ceiling was finished with recessed spotlights for clean, even lighting, and a modern vertical towel radiator was installed to provide efficient heating and visual balance. The result is a stylish, low-maintenance bathroom that blends modern design with everyday comfort.
